Dr. Keen-Ramirez was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and relocated to Florida when she was ten. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami, receiving her Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Biology in 2009. She then left Florida to obtain her Doctorate of Dental Surgery, which she received in 2013 at Louisiana State University. At LSUSD, she was a member of the Kells Honor Society and was awarded the Allan P. Rappold Award for Excellence in Operative Dentistry, the Pankey Institute Scholarship, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry Certificate of Recognition.
Dr. Keen-Ramirez returned to Florida after dental school and joined a major dental service organization. She quickly honed her clinical skills and business mindset and became a partner in the practice. She continued to advance her knowledge in the Dental Field and was recognized and credentialed as a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. In 2017 she was recognized as “Mentor of the Year” for the organization.
Dr. Keen-Ramirez is also proud to be a key opinion leader (KOL) for the American Academy of Clear Aligners (2019) and obtained Fellowship in 2022. Fellowship Accreditation from the American Academy of Clear Aligners is the highest level of recognition for experience, knowledge, and talent that a general dentist can achieve in the field of Clear Aligner Therapy. To attain Fellowship, doctors must prove they have a wealth of experience in treating patients with Clear Aligners and have results that are of exceptional quality. All candidates must pass rigorous case reviews and a written exam in addition to 50hrs of logged continuing education. The AACA validates that these dentists are the very best in the field.
In 2023, Dr. Keen-Ramirez opened Allure Dental Aesthetics, her very own dental practice! She lives with her husband, Andrew, their daughter Paisley, and their son, AJ. When not at work, Dr. Keen-Ramirez enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending ‘Canes football games, playing soccer, and appreciating the beautiful Florida sunshine.
